The talk will be centered on the Anglican Church response towards defining leadership for the future and Delani Mthembu will shares personal insights and experiences as a Bishopric candidate for the Highveld Diocese prior and during the elective assembly held on 20-22 February 2015. This will cover the emerging concept, principles and framework, the highs and lows of the elective process, the learning lessons and future considerations. Delani has had a 2nd experience at the Electoral College of Synod of Bishops which is a very select confidential which was held on 24 September 2016 for the Diocese of Christ the King in Gauteng-Vaal Area. Rev Mlamuli Delani Kuthula Mthembu – Accredited Master Coach (ABCCCP)
Revd Mthembu is an ordained Anglican priest in the Highveld Diocese base in Edenvale at St Chad’s as an Assistant Priest. He is currently a Managing director of Landelahni Leadership Development (Pty). He has served as a Board member, CEO and Chairperson in a number of public & private organisations where he provided turnaround, strategic partnership and transformational leadership. His areas of interest are Executive coaching, Group coaching, Strategy facilitation, Scenario planning, Change Management and Leadership facilitation. Delani has been an Associate Partner to Franklin Covey Southern and East Africa as a Master facilitator since 1996. He is a professional member of the Institute of Management Consultants of SA, Black Management Forum, Golden Key International Honour Society and the Institute of Directors (IOD). Delani spends part of his time as a volunteer to a number of communities and ecumenical based organisations as a mentor, teacher, writer, and trainer and enjoys public speaking, and does part-time tutoring at Gibs. He holds BA (UNISA), BA (Hons-HRD-UJ and MSc in Leadership (UKZN) and is a PhD candidate for UKZN.

Ronél is an experienced Executive Coach and Organisation Development Consultant with over 23 years experience in the corporate world. Ronél has focused her work in the corporate context on organisational and individual development, coaching and consulting to both executive teams and individual executives. Ronel believes in Creating Opportunity for Choice through offering Management Consulting Services, Personal Transformation Coaching and Work Creation Projects. She specializes in Strategic Conversations through the facilitation of difficult and crucial conversations, Change Management, Leadership and Culture Transformation. Ronel’s purpose is to provide time, space and method for highly effective individuals and teams to explore areas of change and transformation in support of ongoing change (organisational/personal life), that would be significant for the individual/teams and the different people systems they interact, relate and connect with. Ronél holds a Masters in Professional Coaching from the i-Coach academy and Middlesex University UK, a Diploma in Higher Education (Goudstad College of Education) as well as a Certificate in Training (University of Johannesburg).
Matome Enias Mafokoane – Affiliate Consultant (ABCCCP)
Matome Enias Mafokoane is founder member of Ditlou Solutions CC. He has worked in various roles including as management consultant, internal organisation development consultant for a major bank, and as lecturer on academic programmes for junior employees to executive management. Enias has been involved in management and organisation development consulting for eleven years, some of which he worked in Ditlou Solutions firm as Principal Consultant. He has led and participated as team member in strategy, business and human performance management, business processes improvement and organisational restructuring projects. He has also designed and facilitated interventions including those aimed at improving relations amongst diverse people, help people deal with change, develop teams, deal with conflict relations, improve motivational levels, grow personal mastery and self management, and develop leadership and personal authority. He has coached at various levels, including entrepreneurs, corporate executives and youth.
